President and Co-Founder
Nicole Parker, co-founder of Dare 2 Care International, is a Clinical Instructor and Field Faculty Advisor at the Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH. She has a Masters degree in Social Work (MSW), is a licensed social worker (LSW) and is currently working to earn her Masters degree in Nonprofit Organization (MNO) at Case Western Reserve University.
Mrs. Parker has a blended background in direct and community practice social work. Her area of expertise is in international NGO’s, child welfare, community development and social impact, international and domestic adoption, and orphan care. She has evaluated programs in Kenya, Zambia, Ethiopia, India and Cameroon and is certified in emotional intelligence.
Mrs. Parker volunteers in her children’s schools, Birthright, Lifeline, United Way, Salvation Army, Feed Lake County and End 68 hours of Hunger. She is also a member of NASW, 100 Women Who Care-Lake County, ARNOVA and a 2016 graduate of Leadership Lake County.
Nicole and her husband, Sanjay have two children who they hope will Dare to Care!
