Nicole Parker, co-founder of Dare 2 Care International, is the Assistant Dean at the Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH. She earned a Masters degree in Nonprofit Organization (MNO) and Social Work (MSW), is a licensed social worker (LSW) and holds certificates in global cultural competence, diversity, equity & inclusion, emotional intelligence, and women in leadership.

Mrs. Parker has a blended background in various practice settings including direct and community practice social work. Her areas of expertise include international NGO program development & evaluation, global civic engagement, collective social impact, international and domestic adoption, and child welfare.

Mrs. Parker was awarded Outstanding Women of Achievement, volunteers in her children’s schools and various local community organizations. She is also a member of NASW, ARNOVA, and a graduate of Leadership Lake County, LeadDIVERSITY and Cleveland Leadership Center. Nicole also serves on the local ADAMHS board and as a member of the Cleveland Foundation Lake/Geauga fund. Nicole no longer ACCEPTS the things she can not CHANGE and CHANGES the things she can not ACCEPT.

Nicole and her husband, Sanjay have two children who they hope will Dare to Care!
